Delivery Terms
Please note the shipping costs for all products are not included in the item price and will be added to your total at checkout based on the contents of your shopping basket.

Technical Support and Warranty Information
Boomchair and Playseats are made from the finest materials and are all easy to maintain. Their rugged construction will withstand frequent use, and the internal mechanics of all our products are specifically designed to be maintenance-free. We adhere to the strictest quality standards in manufacturing.
The Boomchair and Playseat comes as standard with 90 days warranty which covers 100% parts and labor on mechanical and electrical failures.
Returns
Returns must be 100% complete, unused, and in their original condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, registration card(s), cabling and accessories. Any incomplete items will not be refunded. Items may not be returned if they were disassembled or installed. We will accept returns within 7 days from the date of your purchase. Upon approval, credit will be issued to the Paypal account that was used to place the order. We will only assume responsibility for shipping charges if your return is the result of an erroneous shipment by us. You will be responsible for shipping fees incurred on returns for any other reason.
Note
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For your protection, we suggest that you insure your return shipment and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and a shipment tracking number.
